Following their triumph at last night's BRIT Awards where the boy band won a gong for best single with hit 'What Makes You Beautiful', One Direction have announced dates for their first headlining UK arena tour in 2013.

It has been a real whirlwind since Liam, Harry, Niall, Louis and Zayn came 3rd in the 2010 series of X Factor.

Selling 1.6 million record sales in just 4 months, they've had over 100 million views on YouTube, released 2 Number 1 selling books, had 2 major top 5 UK singles and a platinum selling debut album in the UK.

1D have also been making waves in the USA ahead of their official launch there next year, filming a cameo appearance for popular Nickelodeon show iCarly and will soon tour with American boyband Big Time Rush.

Their first UK tour earlier this year sold out minutes within the tickets going on sale, tickets for their arena tour will go on sale from 9am, Saturday 25th February.

Tickets will go on sale from 9am, Saturday 25th February 2012. They will be available from See Tickets, Ticketmaster all other reputable online ticket vendors.
